İrfan GÜVENDİ Board Member

He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences in 1991. He completed his master’s degree in public administration. He began working as an Auditor at the Supreme Audit Institution in 1992 and continued in this role until 2003. During this period, he conducted audits of various public institutions. Additionally, as a Senior Auditor at the Supreme Audit Institution, he conducted financial, fiscal, and administrative audits on behalf of the Parliamentary Committee on Public Enterprises for PTT/Türksat/National Lottery Administration/State Materials Office. From 2003 to 2009, he was appointed as Deputy General Manager of the Turkish Agricultural Credit Cooperatives (responsible for credit and finance). From 2003 to 2007, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at Güven Insurance, and from 2006 to 2007, he was Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at Tarım Sigortaları Inc. from 2006 to 2007, General Manager of Lokman Hekim Engürüsağ Inc. from 2009 to 2014, General Manager of Tarım Kredi from 2014 to 2016, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Groupama Insurance from 2014 to 2016, and Expert Auditor at the Court of Accounts from 2016 to 2020. Since 2021, İrfan Güvendi has been serving as a member of the Board of Directors at Lokman Hekim Engürüsağ Inc. He is also a Conciliation Commissioner and holds a Certified Public Accountant License.
