He was born in 1949 in Büyükkışla Village, Şereflikoçhisar District, Ankara Province. He completed his education at Büyükkışla Primary School, Ankara Trade High School (1967), and Ankara Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences (1971). He began his professional career in 1971 after passing the Ministry of Finance Revenue Control Exam and continued his duties at the Ministry until 1981. He has been providing consultancy services since 1981. Additionally, he continues his professional career as a Certified Public Accountant. Furthermore, he serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Health Education Application and Research Center of TOBB Etü University.
