“2024 was a year of investment for Pasifik Teknoloji; 2025 will be a year of growth.”
Acting with the vision of “designs technology” in all areas where it operates, Pasifik Teknoloji has turned its focus to global markets following its strategic acquisitions in defense and IT technologies. Drawing attention with the quality of its services and products in both Türkiye and abroad, Pasifik Teknoloji will focus on a strong five-year growth and innovation plan through organic and inorganic expansion as part of its ambition to become a global player.
Fatih Erdoğan recalled that the company went public in February 2024, and within one year invested in two companies—one in defense technologies and one in IT—transforming Pasifik Teknoloji into a global actor. Erdoğan stated:
“At the time of the IPO, we said: ‘With a growth-oriented approach and an investor mindset, we aim to engage with ventures that have reached a certain stage and to pursue business development focused on potential opportunities.’ Over the past year, we invested in Titra Teknoloji in defense technologies and in Proline in information technologies. In the upcoming period, we will continue investing in companies, entrepreneurs, professionals and products that align with our strategic goals, that expand our service offerings, that show strong growth potential and that we believe will help us build a successful global story. We are recognized for the quality of our services and products both in Türkiye and worldwide. Therefore, over the next five years, we will focus on a strong process of organic and inorganic growth and innovation to become a global player.”
Our revenue target for 2025: 5 billion TL
Stating that Pasifik Teknoloji produces nationally strategic technological products ranging from defense to information technologies, Erdoğan said they prioritized growth in both defense and IT in 2025:
“With innovative products such as rotary-wing unmanned helicopters and kamikaze UAVs, we aim to enhance our competitive power in both national and international markets. We plan to increase the share of defense technology exports in our revenue to 50%, strengthening Türkiye’s global influence in this sector. In information technologies, with Proline joining our group, we aim to contribute to digital transformation with our smart city management, identity management, secure document production and biometric technology solutions. With our expanding product and service portfolio, Pasifik Teknoloji aims to close 2025 with 5 billion TL in revenue.”
Acquisitions are key steps in our growth strategy
Pasifik Teknoloji CEO Ahmet Aslanpınar emphasized that acquisitions are integral to their growth strategy, stating that the advanced technology products and software solutions developed by Proline’s R&D center will significantly expand Pasifik Teknoloji’s assets and capabilities.
Highlighting that Proline specializes in smart and secure city management, secure and qualified document production, identity management and biometric technologies, and was founded in 2003, Aslanpınar continued:
“Proline operates with a Middle East, Africa and Asia-focused strategy and closed 2024 with 1.19 billion TL in revenue. Over the past 10 years, Proline has delivered major projects both in Türkiye and abroad, including the centralized security management system for Doha, the establishment and maintenance of Istanbul Airport’s physical security infrastructure, the development of the BioPOS device enabling patient identity verification via finger vein recognition for the Social Security Institution’s biometric authentication project, and the implementation of chip-enabled, electronic and biometric workflows for ID cards, passports and driver’s licenses under the Ministry of Interior’s ‘3-in-1 Project.’ In 2025, we aim to add at least two new products to this portfolio and introduce them to the market. We also have strong goals to position these capabilities in international projects. These steps, alongside our existing operations, are expected to directly contribute to our revenue.”
Aslanpınar noted that Pasifik Teknoloji—through Titra, Proline, Destel, Ditravo, iCredible and Destel Connect—offers high-value, end-to-end solutions across a wide range of defense and information technology areas. He added:
“As one of Türkiye’s leading IT solution providers, we continue our integrator services, including the third-largest biometric data system project in the world for the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs, which we are executing with AselsanNet. Ditravo successfully completed the renewal of TCDD’s mobile, web, kiosk and handheld terminal ticketing systems, which now process around 4 million transactions monthly. Destel continues its cybersecurity services, while iCredible, using blockchain technologies, provides SPK-licensed crypto custody and exchange solutions as well as endpoint data security through iCredible File Security.”
We are interested in global aviation companies
Pasifik Teknoloji Board Member M. Selman Dönmez highlighted the company’s defense products and investments, providing additional details on Titra Teknoloji. He stated that Türkiye’s first domestic and national unmanned helicopter ALPİN, the first armed unmanned helicopter Dumrul, the DELİ-2 kamikaze UAV—considered one of the best in its class globally—and the MERKÜT FPV kamikaze drone are reshaping power balances on the field.
Dönmez noted that Pasifik Teknoloji recently signed an important agreement with the Presidency of Defense Industries for ALPİN and said:
“With new products such as ALPİN-2, DELİ-2, DELİ-mini, DUMRUL and MERKÜT developed under Titra Teknoloji, we are providing innovative solutions to the defense industry and accelerating our efforts to strengthen our position in regional and global markets.”
He added that Titra reached a valuation of 483 million USD by the end of 2024, attracting investment at that valuation:
“We expect continued investment from both domestic and international funds. To develop our defense products and expand our export potential, we have begun evaluating strategic cooperation, partnership and acquisition opportunities with global aviation companies. In this context, we have placed on our radar several global firms that produce rotary-wing aircraft, different classes of helicopters and related equipment.”
