Pasifik Holding, known for its visionary investments spanning diverse sectors from technology to logistics, real estate to energy and mining, is going public. According to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) bulletin dated November 7, 4 billion TL worth of Pasifik Holding shares—2 billion TL through a capital increase and 2 billion TL through a shareholder sale—will be offered for public subscription under the leadership of Halk Yatırım and Integral Yatırım on November 12, 13, and 14 at a fixed price of 1.50 TL per share. Following the IPO, Pasifik Holding’s free float ratio will be 20%. Of the shares offered to the public, 40% will be allocated to individual investors, 10% to high-demand investors applying for over 100,000 lots, and 50% to domestic institutional investors. Pasifik Holding, which will be listed on Borsa Istanbul’s Main Market, will allocate 80% of its IPO proceeds to new investments primarily in the technology, logistics, real estate, and energy sectors, 10% to working capital, and the remaining 10% to debt repayment.

Our greatest passion is to design the future

Pasifik Holding Chair of the Board Fatih Erdoğan reminded that in 2023, they gathered their companies operating in different sectors under one roof to establish a stronger corporate structure. Stating that designing the future in every field they operate in is their greatest passion, Erdoğan said they draw inspiration from the Pacific Ocean, adding, “That is why we move forward with courage, work with passion, and grow with abundance.”

Erdoğan stated that as of June 30, 2025, Pasifik Holding’s equity reached 30.2 billion TL and its net profit was 1.4 billion TL. He added: “Becoming a holding structure has not only made management easier but also increased synergy, cooperation, resource sharing, financial strength, and brand power among our companies. With the IPO, we are entering an entirely new phase. As you know, Pasifik has completed four IPOs so far. The first was Orçay, our 40-year-old family business. Then came Pasifik REIT, which brought firsts to its regions through its Next Level-branded projects; followed by Pasifik Eurasia, Türkiye’s pioneering company in international railway logistics; and most recently Pasifik Technology, offering a broad range of services from defense industry technologies to information technologies, and producing Türkiye’s first and only unmanned helicopter with domestic technology. Since we see the IPO vision as the greatest legacy we can leave for the future, we decided to take Pasifik Holding public as well. Based on the approval we received from the CMB, we will begin collecting demand between November 12 and 14. With our IPO, the Pasifik family will grow with new investors, and with our strong capital structure, agile decision-making ability, and unique sectoral portfolio, we will move even more confidently toward our leadership goals across all our business areas.”

We will direct IPO proceeds toward strategic growth investments

Erdoğan announced that the funds raised from the IPO will be used to enhance Türkiye’s regional competitiveness across a broad range of sectors, from logistics to energy, from technology investments to real estate: “As Pasifik Holding, we will use the proceeds from our IPO to accelerate our group’s strategic growth roadmap and to create lasting value for Türkiye’s regional competitiveness. In logistics, we will expand the volume we have achieved along the BTK railway line. We will accelerate our locomotive, wagon, and container investments and strengthen terminal infrastructure to enable uninterrupted transportation along the Middle Corridor extending from China to Europe. Our aim is to contribute to Türkiye’s position as not just a ‘transit country’ but a ‘central hub.’ On the technology side, in line with our goal of 100% domestic and national technology, we aim to increase Türkiye’s market share in the international defense industry. We will expand our production capacity for our high-performance, durable, and globally competitive range of unmanned systems. In information technologies, we will continue to develop innovative solutions ranging from smart cities to secure documentation, biometric systems, and identity management. We will accelerate our existing projects and invest in new product and patent development processes. In real estate, the driving force of our group, we are designing the future of urban living with our ‘Next Level’ brand. Through this vision, we will continue to strengthen our sustainable project approach and keep creating new projects that always target the ‘Next Level.’ Our investments in energy and mining also continue. We have completed pre-license, R&D, feasibility, and potential assessment studies and are now moving to the facility installation phase. We believe these investments will increase our high-value energy production capacity based on renewable and sustainable sources. Our Aden Pellet project, which focuses on recycling waste forest products, is a great example of this. We are not only focusing on our current business areas but also keeping high-potential new sectors on our radar. We will continue to take bold steps and invest wherever we see opportunity. We will use the IPO proceeds to support sustainable growth, advanced technology, global competitiveness, and Türkiye’s vision of regional leadership. In every strategic decision we make, we will continue to think globally, produce locally, and create lasting value.”

We aim to increase the export share in Pasifik Technology’s revenue to 50%

Explaining that Pasifik Technology continues to play a critical role in Türkiye’s digital future and defense industry, Erdoğan said, “While we are achieving significant success with our unmanned aerial vehicles in the defense sector, we are also continuing to introduce many firsts in information technologies. With our comprehensive engineering infrastructure, we provide integrated solutions across a wide range—from defense industry and cybersecurity to biometric identification, travel technologies, and financial systems. Our main goal is to strengthen our position in international markets.”

Highlighting that they are developing projects that add value to the country in the field of defense technologies, Erdoğan stated that they aim to increase Türkiye’s competitiveness in international markets with innovative products such as rotary-wing unmanned helicopters and kamikaze UAVs, and added: “We aim to increase the share of defense exports in our revenue to 50%. To achieve this, we are taking steps to strengthen our presence in the EU market and to benefit more effectively from Europe’s defense budget.” Erdoğan also shared details about their systems: “Türkiye’s first and only unmanned helicopter, ALPİN-2, has entered the Turkish Armed Forces inventory, and the delivery process continues. The first deliveries of DUMRUL, Türkiye’s first and only armed mini unmanned helicopter, and MERKÜT kamikaze UAVs have been completed, and these systems have also been included in the inventory. The product development of our DELİ family of fixed-wing kamikaze UAVs with a range of 50 km has been completed, and the inventory integration process is ongoing. Development has started on versions with 500 km, 1,000 km, and 3,000 km ranges. In UAV technologies, the evolution began with drone-type UAVs, then fixed-wing UAVs, and finally rotary-wing helicopter UAVs. We are among the few companies in the world capable of producing all three technologies. This capability keeps our expectations for the defense sector’s future very strong.”

Erdoğan added, “In line with our strategy and vision, we are working to ensure that these advanced systems take their place not only in Türkiye but also internationally. Every new platform and system developed under Pasifik Technology brings us one step closer to our goals. Our aim is to develop projects that will further strengthen Türkiye’s defense capabilities and contribute to our country’s goal of becoming a global power.”

Pasifik Eurasia, a key player in the Middle Corridor

In the logistics sector, Erdoğan noted that since 2019, they have achieved major milestones and signed important international agreements and transportation projects: “As Pasifik Eurasia, we have taken significant steps, particularly along the Baku–Tbilisi–Kars (BTK) railway, to support the development of new transport corridors that position Türkiye as a logistics hub along the Middle Corridor extending from China to Europe.”

Emphasizing that Pasifik Eurasia remains a key player in the Middle Corridor, Erdoğan said: “The Middle Corridor, due to both the current geopolitical landscape and structural realities, is transforming from a regional transit route into a highly strategic intercontinental corridor. As the key country along this route, Türkiye has critical advantages in logistics, energy, digitalization, and sustainability. At Pasifik Eurasia, we are working at both national and international levels to support the corridor’s growth and realize its full potential. Throughout 2025, we have signed major agreements that will help the Middle Corridor expand its share of rail transport between China and Europe. Under these agreements, our initial goal is to reach 1,000 trains per year, turning Türkiye into a central hub along the Middle Corridor. We will continue to make major investments and partnerships in line with these strategic goals, aiming to enhance the corridor’s effectiveness and expand our transportation capacity.”

Interest rates have fallen, real estate activity is picking up

Stating that they play a pioneering role in shaping every sector in which they operate, Erdoğan emphasized that they stand out in real estate with projects that transform cities, redefine urban living, and introduce new perspectives to urban development. He described Pasifik REIT as one of the most significant components of the group’s holding structure and noted that the award-winning Next Level brand continues to rise rapidly in Istanbul’s most exclusive locations: “After Next Level Istanbul, we have opened the door to a ‘next level’ lifestyle in Göktürk with Next Level Kemer. There has been great interest in Next Level Kemer, which we launched at the end of October. We will deliver this project by the end of 2026.”

Highlighting that Next Level Istanbul aims to offer a modern living space integrated with nature in the heart of the city, Erdoğan said the project, located in the Etiler–Levent area, will offer residents a unique nature experience within the city center and exceed expectations with features that enrich urban life. “Next Level Istanbul is a project that fully lives up to its name. With its unique characteristics that elevate the city, it stands out as one of Istanbul’s most valuable real estate investments,” he said.

Regarding their projects in the capital, Erdoğan added: “Located in the heart of Ankara, Merkez Ankara stands out as one of Türkiye’s largest mixed-use projects with a total construction area of 1.2 million square meters on a single parcel. Residential construction has been completed and life has begun. Merkez Ankara Shopping Mall, the city’s new open-air-integrated lifestyle and shopping center, will open in May 2026. With its 600-meter shopping street concept and two-level design featuring both open and enclosed spaces, it will become a new meeting point in the center of Ankara. Preparations also continue for Next Level Bodrum and Next Level Country. Therefore, we are rapidly continuing our investments in real estate and construction, which form the foundation of Pasifik Holding, with projects that will elevate every region we operate in to the next level.”

Our focus in energy is renewable power

Erdoğan stated that in the energy sector, they are focusing on renewable energy, with storage-based wind and solar power projects to be implemented in Mardin and Edirne in Türkiye and in Romania in Europe. He also noted that they have brought a modern factory investment to life in Giresun, producing renewable energy fuel pellets from forest residues as part of their environmental responsibility, introducing a fresh approach to the renewable energy sector. “We also continue our mining operations,” he said. “With three operational licenses obtained in the Sivas–Erzincan region, we have started exploration and preparation works focused on lead and zinc mines. Drilling and laboratory testing are currently underway.”

Concluding his remarks, Fatih Erdoğan said that with the strength gained from the IPO, Pasifik Holding will continue to design the future across all sectors it operates in, deliver added value to Türkiye and its stakeholders through strategic national products, and keep growing by exploring new directions.
