Pasifik Holding Chairman Fatih Erdoğan stated that the number of companies under the group has reached 55, and that the transition into a holding structure stems from a desire for a more corporate and efficient organization. Emphasizing that holding status will enable more effective resource utilization and faster decision-making processes, Erdoğan said:
“Through this transformation, we will achieve enhanced collaboration and resource sharing, simplified governance, increased financial capacity, and a strengthening of brand power. Our financial management will also evolve into a more efficient and synergistic structure.”

Pointing to the emergence of a major financial and organizational structure, Erdoğan noted that Pasifik Holding was established with an equity capital of 18 billion TL, and that the companies under this roof will be supported with growth opportunities, expanded areas of operation, and new investments. He added that as a holding, Pasifik aims to complete its current investments within the next five years and continue growing by evaluating domestic and international opportunities.

“We Develop Innovative Projects That Prioritize Human Life”

“Every investment we have undertaken so far began with courage, was completed successfully, and driven by passion for hard work and production. Our journey, which began with the food manufacturing industry in the 1980s, gained strong momentum in the 2000s as we entered the real estate and construction sectors. In real estate, we focused on pioneering projects, meticulous planning, quality, and long-term value creation—leading us to develop landmark buildings. With an approach that reshapes cities and redefines urban living, we continue to create nature-friendly and human-centered projects in every development we deliver or plan for the future.”

Sharing updates on Pasifik REIT’s ongoing projects, Erdoğan continued:
“Next Level İstanbul, located at the entrance of Etiler, will demonstrate that central urban living can be both environmentally harmonious and highly comfortable. With large terraces, balconies, and garden options, and a vertical forest-inspired architecture that integrates greenery across the façades, it will offer an extraordinary living experience in the heart of the city.”

Erdoğan highlighted that Next Level Kemer and Next Level Country—both located in Göktürk along key transportation axes and the Istanbul Airport corridor—were designed with low-rise blocks featuring gardens, terraces, and balconies.
“The central courtyard of Next Level Kemer will strengthen the sense of community. For Next Level Country, we designed a lifestyle where nature takes center stage, again with low-rise blocks featuring gardens, terraces, and verandas. At Merkez Ankara, we will soon begin the pre-sales of Pasifik Residence, consisting of 483 units in the final phase of the project. Later in the year, we plan to begin Next Level Bodrum in Türkbükü, continuing our path of creating iconic projects in the country’s most important cities.”

“We Received Our Green Logistics Certificate”

Erdoğan noted that, in the late 2010s, Pasifik began investing in international logistics and technology—sectors they identified as the industries of the future—and significantly accelerated the group’s growth.
Highlighting Pasifik Eurasia’s mission of transforming Türkiye into a central hub for East–West and North–South logistics routes, he said:
“With Pasifik Eurasia, we make Türkiye’s products more competitive globally by improving cost efficiency and reducing transit times. Our operations focus on China, Central Asia, and Europe, where we actively pursue regional and international cooperation opportunities.”

Erdoğan emphasized that Pasifik’s logistics and transport operations continue to expand globally and added:
“By obtaining our Green Logistics Certificate, we made a significant commitment for the future. Rail transport is far more environmentally friendly than other modes. We have become pioneers in reducing carbon emissions in Türkiye. Major global manufacturers seeking to reduce their carbon footprint are increasingly interested in partnering with us — further proving that our focus on railway logistics was the correct strategic decision.”

“We Will Pursue New Strategic Investment Opportunities”

Highlighting the breadth of services offered by Pasifik Technology — from defense technologies to IT, cybersecurity, and infrastructure services — Erdoğan said:

“We produce locally developed, nationally strategic technological solutions. With our acquisition of 51% of Titra Defense Technologies, we now provide innovative products such as ALPİN — Türkiye’s first unmanned helicopter — DELİ Tactical Kamikaze UAV, PARS Surveillance UAV, and various unmanned aerial systems featuring swarm capabilities for both military and civilian use. We also focus on smart healthcare systems, smart cities, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and big data analytics. Moving forward, we will continue pursuing strategic investments in information technologies and defense technologies.”

“We Aim to Increase the Share of Green Energy to 80%”

Erdoğan explained that the group has invested in energy production aligned with sustainable growth principles.
“Of our 100 MW installed capacity, 60% comes from wind and solar. We aim to complete these investments and begin production in 2024–2025. In the medium term, our target is to increase the share of green energy to above 80%.”

He added that Pasifik has invested in a pellet-production facility in Giresun spanning 25,000 m².
“With Aden Pellet, we aim to make efficient use of Türkiye’s resources by recycling forest by-products into renewable energy, reduce dependence on fossil fuels, and contribute to national exports.”

“Public Offerings Are the Most Important Legacy of Our Institutional Vision”

Erdoğan highlighted that four Pasifik companies are currently listed on Borsa İstanbul:

  • Orçay, the first and only publicly traded tea company
  • Pasifik REIT, a leading brand with its Next Level projects
  • Pasifik Eurasia, a key player in international rail logistics
  • Pasifik Technology, a company producing national and domestic technologies

“We see going public as the greatest legacy of our corporate vision. It strengthens transparency, sustainability, corporate structure, resources, and brand recognition.”

“We Are Aware of Our Responsibilities — We Established the HAEV Foundation”

Erdoğan emphasized the group’s commitment to environmental and social responsibility across all sectors:
“In real estate, we prioritize nature. In logistics, we reduce emissions through rail investments. In technology, we contribute to the national tech movement. In energy, we invest heavily in sustainability. Through pellet production, we transform forest waste into economic value. To support entrepreneurs with creative ideas, we are establishing our Venture Capital Investment Trust. And through our HAEV Foundation, we carry out social responsibility efforts in education, culture, and health.”

He concluded:
“With our vision of designing the future, we define ourselves as ‘developers.’ In each sector we operate, we design and improve cities, homes, business models, commerce, technology — in short, life itself. Global thinking, sustainability, value creation, trust, ethics, and a sense of family lie at the heart of everything we do. Our courageous initiatives and passion for work, combined with integrity and prosperity, guide us on our path.”
