In our case, this period is just one year,” he said.
Emphasizing that Next Level Kemer has so far been largely financed through equity capital, Fatih Erdoğan stated that the launch offers very attractive purchasing opportunities for investors and continued: “A launch always represents an opportunity for real estate investors. At this stage of the project, we are offering highly attractive opportunities. With prices starting from 200,000 TL per square meter and a payment option of 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery, it will be possible to own a home in our project. In addition, we offer another purchasing alternative with a 1.29% rate over a 48-month installment plan.”
