Pasifik Technology, which operates under the Pasifik Group—active in sectors ranging from construction and real estate to international logistics, food, manufacturing, energy, and mining and which began trading on Borsa İstanbul on February 13—aims to expand its product and service portfolio through this acquisition.

Pasifik Group CEO F. Nusret Dur stated that, as highlighted during the public offering process, the company continues its investments through mergers and acquisitions to expand Pasifik Technology’s product network and enter new markets. Dur noted that they acquired 51% of the Ankara-based Titra Technology for 478 million 197 thousand TL and added:

“Titra is the company that made its name with ALPİN, Türkiye’s first unmanned helicopter to enter the inventory. It develops innovative projects in areas such as unmanned aerial vehicle systems suitable for military and civilian use, smart healthcare systems, smart cities, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity technologies, and big data analytics. The Titra Group companies also provide corporate clients and various public institutions with services such as IT integration, field maintenance, and inventory management.”

Explaining that the acquisition will significantly strengthen their presence in the technology sector, F. Nusret Dur also announced that following the acquisition, Titra Technology’s co-founder M. Selman Dönmez has been appointed General Manager of Pasifik Technology.

“We will accomplish significant work”

Pasifik Technology General Manager M. Selman Dönmez expressed full confidence that Titra Technology will achieve major milestones under the Pasifik Technology umbrella. “Alongside ALPİN—Türkiye’s first unmanned helicopter—we have developed important systems over the last three years, including the DELİ Tactical Kamikaze System, the PARS Recon UAV, and swarm-capable unmanned systems,” Dönmez said, and shared further details on Titra’s leading products and services:

“With the increasing use of unmanned aerial vehicles in both military and civilian fields over the past decade, and with advancing technologies, unmanned systems have become an active part of our lives. From transportation and disaster response to various security applications, unmanned systems continue to be developed for wide-ranging use. Their role in logistics will be particularly significant. Unmanned logistics will become one of the most critical pillars of the future supply chain. Just as software and robotic technologies are becoming indispensable in every area that demands sustainability, unmanned aerial vehicles will play a vital role in transportation and logistics. Developing these technologies domestically under Pasifik Technology gives us major strategic advantages. We are in ongoing discussions with many friendly and allied countries for cooperation in unmanned technologies, and we believe these engagements will make a major contribution to our exports within this year.”

Emphasizing that they are a young, talented, and growth-oriented team of 387 people, Dönmez added: “We are not only active in defense; we also develop products in healthcare technologies, artificial intelligence systems, IT, and smart cities. Through this work, we contribute to significant national projects.”

M. Selman Dönmez concluded by stating that after completing the acquisition, they will further enhance their current products and services under Pasifik Technology and become a strong player in the technology sector both nationally and internationally.
