Pasifik Technology to Receive IPO Orders on February 6–7
With subsidiaries such as Destel Bilişim, Ditravo, Icredible, and Destel Connect, Pasifik Technology offers a broad range of services including cybersecurity, software, IT/hardware, and technological infrastructure solutions. The company is expected to raise 945 million TL in IPO proceeds.
Pasifik Group CEO F. Nusret Dur stated that 45% of the proceeds will be used for investment expenditures, 35% for R&D and product development, and the remaining 20% for working capital:
“With the resources obtained, our priority will be to focus on new products, business partnerships, and innovative business solutions to increase our market share. In today’s world, where technology has such a vital role, cybersecurity has become the most essential part of a sustainable operational cycle. In this context, we aim to enhance customer satisfaction, reach potential customers, expand our product range, and strengthen our market position through both new products and innovative solutions.
On the other hand, as a company capable of offering end-to-end comprehensive services ranging from technological infrastructure to software and cybersecurity, we plan to invest in innovative technology projects and technology-based business models. Through low-code and no-code platforms that require minimal human resources, we also aim to support the rapid digitalization of operational cycles. In addition, we will expand the scope of our existing Passenger Transportation Platform software for the transportation and tourism sectors, transforming it into a structure that can offer not only ticketing but also accommodation, car rental, food services, and more.”
Emphasizing that Pasifik Technology—located within Bilişim Vadisi Technopark—contributes to companies’ digital transformation through innovative software and hardware solutions, Dur continued:
“As Pasifik Technology, we closed 2022 with a turnover of approximately 489 million TL. We are closing 2023 at nearly 700 million TL. This growth has been driven by progress in technological infrastructure projects, our product sales in cybersecurity, the work we carried out to develop TCDD’s Passenger Transportation Platform software, and the increase in sales of our software and hardware products.”
“We Will Continue Strategic Partnerships”
Highlighting their focus on developing products in high-potential and growing fields, F. Nusret Dur added:
“We will continue investing in companies, entrepreneurs, and products that align with our strategic goals, expand our service portfolio, and hold the potential to create an impressive success story on the global stage. Our goal is to become a recognized company in Türkiye and worldwide through the quality of our services and products. In this context, investing in R&D and new projects to ensure sustainable growth remains our top priority.”
