Developing end-to-end solutions ranging from defense industry technologies to information technologies, Pasifik Teknoloji has passed a critical milestone in its global growth journey. Through the framework agreement signed with a leading technology and defense organization of a friendly and allied country, the company has entered international markets with strength by realizing its first export in the defense sector. Within the scope of this agreement, 100,000 FPV Kamikaze UAV Systems MERKÜT, 10 unmanned helicopters ALPİN, 25 mini unmanned helicopters DUMRUL, 500 DELİ Tactical Kamikaze UAVs, and 500 autonomous ground support and observation units KORGAN, all produced by Pasifik Teknoloji, will be integrated into the inventory of the friendly and allied country.

Aykut Ferah, CEO of Pasifik Teknoloji, stated that the framework agreement goes beyond a conventional export process limited to product delivery and is structured on a multi-dimensional business model. Emphasizing that, in addition to the actual export involving the production and delivery of certain products, strategic collaborations such as joint ventures and the development of local production capabilities are also planned, Ferah said:
“This structure clearly demonstrates Pasifik Teknoloji’s goal of becoming not only a company that exports products, but also one that develops technology, exports production capabilities, and creates lasting value in the markets it operates in.”

“This is just the beginning”

Drawing attention to the transformation in defense industry technologies, Aykut Ferah emphasized that the modern battlefield is undergoing a fundamental shift. Stating that unmanned systems, autonomous platforms, and swarm technologies have become decisive factors, Ferah added:
“This transformation began with the Russia–Ukraine war. It was reinforced by Türkiye’s operations in Azerbaijan and Libya. The effectiveness of long-range fixed-wing systems in the Iran–Israel conflict and kamikaze drones in Eastern European conflicts has been clearly demonstrated. Pasifik Teknoloji has the capability to produce all of these systems. Our first export represents a very important milestone in demonstrating both our capabilities and our vision. We are receiving strong demand from different geographies and continue our discussions with the Presidency of Defense Industries. In the coming period, our collaborations with friendly and allied countries will continue to grow. These collaborations will not be limited to product exports but will also include technology transfer and broader strategic partnerships.”

Strong portfolio in defense technologies, growing global demand

Aykut Ferah noted that Pasifik Teknoloji is increasing its competitiveness in global markets through unmanned aerial systems, autonomous platforms, and integrated solutions developed in the defense industry. He emphasized that the company’s broad product portfolio—from rotary-wing unmanned helicopters to kamikaze UAV systems—and its capability to develop three different UAV technologies simultaneously are among its key competitive advantages. Highlighting their activities in information technologies, from cybersecurity to biometric identity solutions, travel technologies, and financial systems, Ferah stated:
“With our integrated technology approach, we bring different sectors together and continue to contribute to Türkiye’s technology vision through the products and solutions we develop.”

“We aim to expand our export and collaboration network at SAHA EXPO 2026”

Aykut Ferah stated that Pasifik Teknoloji will present both its current product portfolio and next-generation systems on the international stage at SAHA EXPO 2026, aiming to expand its export and collaboration network. He said:
“The unmanned systems and autonomous solutions developed by our defense company TİTRA offer an integrated structure that responds to the needs of the modern battlefield with swarm technologies and high-precision operational capabilities. During the exhibition, we will also present our broad defense technology portfolio to the international community. We expect this portfolio to receive strong global interest at SAHA EXPO. In addition to our existing products, we will introduce two new systems—DELİ-S and KORGAN-M V2—at SAHA EXPO 2026. These systems provide significant advantages in modern warfare with their autonomous mission capabilities, ability to operate in electronic warfare environments, swarm technologies, and high-precision strike capacity.”

Providing further details on DELİ-S and KORGAN-M V2, which will be introduced for the first time at SAHA EXPO 2026, Aykut Ferah stated:

“DELİ-S is a loitering kamikaze UAV system capable of operating individually or in swarm formations, with hand-launch capability, GNSS-independent operation, and high strike accuracy. It has a range of 35 kilometers and a flight time of 30 minutes. The system has a cruising speed of approximately 80 km/h and a dive speed of around 200 km/h. It carries a 2-kilogram warhead and has a maximum takeoff weight of 10 kilograms. KORGAN-M V2, on the other hand, is a ‘drone-in-a-box’ system capable of 24/7 operation with automatic landing, charging, and high autonomy. It has a charging time of 30 minutes and a landing precision of less than 10 cm. The system offers 12 km local and LTE communication capability and can record up to 400 hours of video. KORGAN-M V2 can operate in temperatures ranging from -20 to +55 degrees Celsius.”
