The opening bell rang for Pasifik Technology at Borsa İstanbul
The ceremony was attended by Borsa İstanbul CEO Korkmaz Ergun, Pasifik Group CEO F. Nusret Dur, Halk Yatırım General Manager Bülent Sezgin, and many distinguished guests from the business world. During the event, Borsa Istanbul CEO Korkmaz Ergun delivered a speech, stating:
“Welcome to the public offering ceremony we are holding today to mark the start of trading for Pasifik Technology. Pasifik Technology provides companies with support in their digital transformation through solutions in hardware, software, and technology. By launching its public offering, the company will carry these activities into the future with even greater strength, and as of today, it will begin trading on our exchange. For this reason, I find it very meaningful that Pasifik Technology is the first public offering of the year. I hope that in 2024, the momentum achieved over the last three years in public offerings, both in number and in volume, continues.
I extend my thanks to the company’s esteemed executives and to the intermediary institution for their efforts throughout this process. I welcome Pasifik Technology to our Borsa family and wish the public offering to be beneficial for our capital markets.”
“We Have a Broad Range of Services”
Pasifik Group CEO F. Nusret Dur recalled that the group entered the technology sector in the early 2020s. He explained that under the Pasifik Technology umbrella—comprising Ditravo, Destel Bilişim, Destel Connect, and Icredible—they now offer a wide portfolio of services across software, hardware, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. Dur continued:
“In a short time, we delivered major projects and grew rapidly. These strengths helped us gain the trust of investors, and our public offering of 27 million TL nominal value received 4.4 times more demand than offered. With a total of 2,453,320 investors submitting orders, the portion allocated to domestic individual investors received 2.5 times the demand, while the portion allocated to domestic institutional investors received 8.7 times the demand—something that makes us extremely proud.”
“We Will Take Strong Steps Both Nationally and Globally”
Dur emphasized that they will allocate 45% of the proceeds from the public offering to investment expenditures, 35% to R&D and product development, and the remaining 20% to working capital. He added:
“The careful and strategic use of the proceeds from the public offering will ensure sustainable growth for our company while also positively impacting our investors and creating value. With this public offering, we will take even stronger steps to ensure that our success story, written in Türkiye, is heard more widely both nationally and on the global stage.”
Dur expressed the pride they feel in completing such an important milestone for Pasifik Technology:
“This step will not only make us a larger company. It will also enable us to become part of a broader family and community, paving the way for even greater achievements.”
