Three New Strategic Contributions To The Turkish Defense Industry From Pasifik Teknoloji: ALPİN-2, SEYYAH and PARS VTOL Unveiled at IDEF 2025
Titra Teknoloji, a subsidiary of Pasifik Teknoloji, introduced three new-generation unmanned aerial systems—ALPİN-2, SEYYAH Visual Navigation System, and PARS VTOL—at IDEF 2025, showcasing Türkiye’s engineering strength and technological vision in the defense industry. The unveiling took place with the participation of the President of Defence Industries Prof. Dr. Haluk Görgün. These domestically engineered platforms underscore Pasifik Teknoloji’s technological expertise and strong export ambitions.
During the 17th International Defense Industry Fair (IDEF 2025), held at the Istanbul Expo Center from July 22–27, 2025, Titra Teknoloji hosted a press conference to present the three cutting-edge systems—ALPİN-2, SEYYAH Visual Navigation System, and PARS VTOL—which were developed by Turkish engineers using fully national resources, promising to reshape the landscape of defense technology.
Through these new systems, Pasifik Teknoloji once again demonstrated its commitment to increasing domestic production capacity and reaffirmed its export-oriented approach. The company aims to strengthen its international market presence through R&D investments, strategic collaborations, and innovative technological ventures.
“Three new systems redefining defense technology”
Fatih Erdoğan, Chairman of Pasifik Holding, emphasized the potential of the new-generation UAV systems introduced at IDEF to enhance the strength of the defense industry. He stated:

Erdoğan highlighted the company’s focus on rotary-wing UAVs and loitering munitions to enhance competitiveness in both national and international markets.
“We aim to increase the share of exports in our defense revenue to 50%. In addition, we are evaluating opportunities for strategic partnerships and joint ventures with major global defense companies to expand our export potential. In this context, we signed a Strategic Cooperation and Business Development Memorandum of Understanding with Arsenal 2000 JSCo, a leading European ammunition and weapons systems manufacturer with over 150 years of history and NATO-standard production. This partnership—focused on co-production, technical support, and military modernization—will facilitate Titra Teknoloji’s entry into the EU market and allow access to Europe’s €800 billion defense budget and the €150 billion SAFE (Security Action for Europe) program.”

About the New Systems Introduced at IDEF 2025:
ALPİN-2: New-Generation Operational Capability with National Autonomy
The next-generation version of Türkiye’s first and only domestic unmanned helicopter, ALPİN, has evolved into a smarter, more powerful, and fully autonomous platform. Developed with a 100% locally produced autopilot system, ALPİN-2 eliminates foreign dependency. Its new algorithms enable it to operate even in environments with electronic warfare conditions such as signal jamming. A newly developed engine delivers 20 HP more power for stable flight in harsh conditions. The integrated winch system enhances the safety and precision of cargo operations. Its advanced visual navigation capability allows it to function in GPS-denied or jammed environments. The full integration of the FPV drone platform MERKÜT now enables ALPİN-2 to serve as an armed UAV, offering significant tactical advantages in air-to-air, air-to-ground, and complex operational scenarios.
SEYYAH Visual Navigation System: A Domestic Answer to Electronic Warfare
SEYYAH is a high-precision positioning system developed by Titra to adapt to any platform. By combining map-matching and AI-powered visual data analysis, it provides autopilot-grade data in environments where GPS is restricted or disabled due to jamming or spoofing. Initially designed for sub-cloud UAVs, it can also be integrated into higher-altitude systems by modifying only the sensor set.
PARS VTOL: The Silent and Agile Player of the Tactical Class
With vertical take-off and landing capabilities, PARS VTOL stands out with its low acoustic signature, enhanced agility, and advanced mission performance. It can remain airborne for up to 4 hours, has a 60 km communication range, a 1,500 m operational altitude, and a 4,500 m service ceiling. It is equipped with real-time video transmission, advanced EO/IR camera systems, and laser targeting. Thanks to its modular structure and autonomous features developed with local resources, PARS VTOL offers innovative, mission-specific solutions on the battlefield.
