With respect to the Financial Statements and the Board of Directors’ Activity Report prepared for the operating period of our Company covering 01.01.2025 – 30.09.2025:
a) In accordance with the principles set forth in the Capital Markets Board Communiqué Serial: II-14.1, we hereby declare that the financial statements prepared for the operating period between 01.01.2025 and 30.09.2025, together with the Board of Directors’ Activity Report and its annexes, have been reviewed by us;
b) To the best of our knowledge and within the scope of our duties and responsibilities, the financial statements and the activity report do not contain any untrue statement regarding material matters or any omission that would render the statements misleading as of the date of disclosure;
c) To the best of our knowledge and within the scope of our duties and responsibilities, the financial statements present fairly and accurately the Company’s assets, liabilities, financial position, profit and loss, and the activity report fairly reflects the development and performance of the business, together with the significant risks and uncertainties it faces.
