b) Within the scope of the information we possess in our respective areas of duty and responsibility, the financial statements and the annual report do not contain any untrue statement on material matters or any omission that may result in them being misleading as of the date of disclosure;
c) Within the scope of the information we possess in our respective areas of duty and responsibility, the financial statements present fairly and accurately the Company's assets, liabilities, financial position, and profit or loss, and the annual report fairly reflects the development and performance of the business together with the significant risks and uncertainties it faces.
