a) In accordance with the principles set forth in the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué No. II-14.1, the financial statements of our Company for the period 01.01.2026 – 31.03.2026 and the Board of Directors' activity report, together with their annexes, have been reviewed by us,
b) Based on the information available to us within the scope of our duties and responsibilities, the financial statements and the activity report do not contain any untrue statement on material matters or any omission that may result in such statements being misleading as of the date of disclosure,
c) Based on the information available to us within the scope of our duties and responsibilities, the financial statements fairly present the assets, liabilities, financial position, and profit or loss of the Company, and the activity report fairly reflects the development and performance of the business, together with the significant risks and uncertainties it faces.
