a) We hereby declare that, within the framework of the principles set forth in the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué Serial No. II-14.1, the financial statements and the Board of Directors' Activity Report prepared for the financial period of our Company covering the period from 01.01.2026 to 30.06.2026, together with their annexes, have been reviewed by us,
b) We hereby declare that, based on the information available to us within the scope of our duties and responsibilities, the financial statements and the Activity Report do not contain any deficiencies that may result in any misleading statement or any statement that is untrue in material respects as of the date on which such statement was made,
c) We hereby declare that, based on the information available to us within the scope of our duties and responsibilities, the financial statements fairly and accurately reflect the Company's assets, liabilities, financial position, profit and loss, and that the Activity Report fairly reflects the development and performance of the business, together with the significant risks and uncertainties it faces.
